This course** is an introduction to a generic approach and guidelines on Company Evaluation (financial, social and managerial), and give the students a good flavor on the mechanisms regularly used while evaluating organizations and their limits, to then, focusing the debate around dedicated evaluation formats, their mechanisms, their challenges and the opportunities to access new forms of financing business such as ethical funds for socially responsible investment (SRI).

Beyond the visualization of different mechanisms, we approach the construction of the performance indicators and « Due-diligence » practices; we review the aspects related to the assessment of « Sustainable Development » programs through the construction of a matrix as tool for evaluating the relevance of actions dedicated to business improvements.
Student will be proved with an overview of different forms of enterprise evaluation, evidencing the construction stages.
We aim at providing them with practical methodology of factual assessment of performance for companies and organizations, their internal and external environments in line with corporate strategy in place.
